Due to fire of the neighbor - BMC authorites restricted all commercial hospitality tenants to relocate. Build out of restaurant and all capital contribution lost, without refund from landlord, including dispute with insurance, which did not cover via natural disater protection, as our location was not effected and mandated by the local goverment and permiting office.
